Will Rotch Chief Technology Officer, Americas

As Chief Technology Officer for the Americas at Comverse, Will Rotch is responsible for being a ‘technical evangelist’ for the company’s industry-leading convergent billing and customer care software solutions across the Americas region. He has worked at Comverse and in the telecommunications billing space for over 15 years.
Will has an MBA in Decision Sciences and Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Engineering from Harvard University. He speaks English, French and is conversant in Spanish.
Before Mr. Teeft joined Verio in 2001, he spent seven years at Ameritech. While there he helped launch their ISP, Ameritech.net, and held several management positions including Director of NOC West and Manager of Security and Disaster Recovery.
In 1992 Mr. Teeft started his career as a UNIX Administrator for a start up company VideOcart which placed touch screens video displays on shopping carts nationwide.
Mr. Teeft has attended the Illinois Institute of Technology and DePaul University majoring in Management Information Systems.
