Mike Robichaud has over 25 years of experience in Software and Information Technology with leading organizations such as Bell Canada, CIL Inc., Deloitte, IBM and Wysdom.

His management experience extends from Network Professional Services and eCRM/ eCommerce Strategy to Mobile eCommerce Web Services and SAP Implementation Practice leadership.

At Bell Canada, Mr. Robichaud was Senior Director -Ontario Networking Professional Services, and led a team of over 400 people in designing and deploying state of the art communications networks. His team supported over $1 Billion in annual sales of networks to customers of Bell Canada’s Enterprise division.

Prior to his Bell Canada tenure, he was SVP Global Professional Services at Wysdom, where he developed and deployed Web Services Delivery Platforms (SDP) for mobile eCommerce to telecom carriers like Orange Switzerland and Telecom Italia Mobile in Brazil. His team built a mobile eCommerce Web services delivery platform for cellular operators.  This platform enabled his customers to deliver innovative, high value data services such as text messaging, personal subscriber portals, mobile eCommerce portals and location-based services to their consumer and enterprise customers.

In addition, Mr. Robichaud has over 12 years of professional experience in SAP systems integration.  He was responsible for managing the first ever SAP implementation project in North America as IT Director of CIL Sulphur Products Division in 1987.  Mr. Robichaud co-founded the North Americas SAP User Group (ASUG) and was the ASUG President and Chairman from 1992-1993.
