Phil Rauen is a Partner in Accenture’s Communications & High Tech Strategy practice. In addition to client responsibilities, Phil also leads the Wireless Strategy practice in North America and the High Performance Business Transformation practice within Accenture’s global Communications industry.

Phil joined Accenture in 1990 after graduating with honors from the University of Notre Dame where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Over his 16 year career with Accenture, Phil has served numerous clients in North America, Europe and Asia, including Sprint Nextel, Time Warner Cable, Vodaphone, SK Telecom, Helio and the Sprint/Cable Joint Venture.

Recently, Phil has helped a number of service providers better understand their cost structure and core processes against other global providers and world class standards. He has then led efforts with these clients to help them devise and execute transformation programs to achieve structural, sustainable changes to their own operations.

Phil has been married to his wife Joni for 9 years and together they have a five year old daughter, Faith Eileen. They welcomed a son, Daniel Philip, born in May 2004. They reside in Leawood, Kansas.
