Mark A. Keiffer, Chief Marketing Officer-Business, is responsible for all marketing functions for the retail and wholesale business sectors of AT&T. His responsibilities include business strategy and development, product management, marketing, contracting, pricing, billing, and overall business product profitability. He was appointed to his current position in November 2005, following SBC’s acquisition of AT&T.

Previously, Mr. Keiffer served as president of Business Sales with the former SBC company. Prior to that, he served in a variety of key roles at SBC, including that of president and CEO of Sterling Commerce. Mark also has extensive experience in several key disciplines across the enterprise including network operations, product development, wireless and consumer operations.

Born in Nashville, Tennessee, and raised in Kellyville, Oklahoma, Mr. Keiffer earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, and a master’s degree in business management from Webster University in St. Louis.
