John D. Hayduk, Chief Technology Officer for VSNL International, is responsible for providing the technology vision and leadership needed to maintain VSNL's current operations and position the company for future growth. Mr. Hayduk oversees, manages, and sets the strategic direction for VSNL's technological operations and infrastructure. A senior executive with more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he began his career at Bell Communications Research as a Senior Engineer. He was promoted to the position of Director, Application Development where he managed a development team of 18 in the areas of Local Number Portability (LNP) and Network Database applications.

Mr. Hayduk then brought his expertise to Telcordia Technologies, where he spent the next 7 years being promoted through various senior management positions and leading large teams of software developers and managers. As Executive Director, ISCP Platform Development, he spearheaded a department of over 65 developers and 6 managers, delivering an average of 8 software feature releases for 4 products per year. He was then appointed to Group Senior Vice President, Network Systems where he led a center of over 500 developers, system engineers and product support specialists. His responsibilities included ensuring on-time, on budget delivery of over 40 software releases across 10 product lines per year.

Mr. Hayduk was once again promoted to the position of Group Senior Vice President, Wireless Product Management where he was charged with developing and growing a new business unit in the wireless space. He held the responsibility for P&L management for this $100M business and achieved 30+% year over year revenue growth, a 15+% gross margin improvement and a 60+% improvement in profitability.

Mr. Hayduk earned his Masters of Science degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University and his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from The Pennsylvania State University.
