Peggy Dau is the Director, Broadband & Media Program for the HP Communications, Media & Entertainment (CME) Business Group.  She is responsible for developing HP’s strategy for content management and content distribution for Service Providers and Media Companies. This includes Digital Media Solution, Media Storage, IPTV and other content delivery services.  Her responsibilities include business strategy, solution development, strategic partnerships and overall HP value proposition.

Dau has been with Hewlett-Packard for 20 years in variety of sales and business development roles.  She has been focused on rich media and content delivery solutions for the past five years.

Having emerged as an expert in Digital Content Delivery Solutions, Dau’s focus now includes:

• Emergence of web services compliant tools to integrate business and functional process in the media, broadcast and telco industries
• Industry standards-based solutions providing a foundation for heterogeneous content management solutions
• Value of industry standards-based solutions enabling new content centric services for network operators (fixed, satellite or wireless)
• Service management for content delivery services
